What happens if my regular staff member cannot attend?
Wherever possible you will have the same small team of staff supporting you but sometimes that’s not possible. For instance one of your usual staff member may take holidays or become unwell. If we need to send another staff member to support you for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the change.
